Introducing

THE POWER OF BREATH

The Gift of Self-Actualization Through Meditation

Hi, I’m Monica Garcia Duggal.

When I mention the idea of breathing – the simple act of paying attention to your breath  to my colleagues, they get a confused look on their faces.

They usually look confused, and I can hear them through their facial expressions say something like this, “Hmm… my breath? What about my breath?”

The truth is, most of us do not think about our breath and breathing. To be quite clear, why the heck should we think about something that happens naturally to every single one of us, every second of every day? Our breathing happens on its own and that is that.

How could something so natural, that our bodies do without our ever thinking about it, need to be reviewed? Like the saying goes, “If it isn’t broke, why fix it?”

True this! However, what if I told you just the simple act of paying attention to how you are breathing, two times per day, every day, could completely transform your life?

Because not only is BREATH vital to life, but it is also vital to being PRESENT.

And who does not like GIFTS? We all know the importance of brushing our teeth, showering, eating, and drinking lots of water every day. These are all great habits and paying attention to your breathing is also a good habit to help transform your life.

And better yet, breathing is completely free and easy to do anywhere, and at any time you need. You will reap the rewards immediately. In my book, The Power of Breath, I am going to show you exactly how powerful your breath is in helping you find your center every day for the rest of your life.

Through your breath, you can allow yourself to become in tune with your true self.  It is your opportunity to give yourself the space for self-actualization, which according to Maslow’s Law, is what we humans ultimately strive for in this life.

You already have the blueprint for your success, happiness, satisfaction, and health inside of you – today, right now.

When you start focusing on your breathing, you start to get in contact with this powerful part of who you are, you get in touch with this blueprint.

I’m going to show you how to use your breath, and get comfortable with accessing this mindful breathing technique, simply by paying attention to your breath in my new book.

I’ll take you on my journey

from childhood up until now, so you can discover the key insights from my experience that’ll help you:

  • Get the truth around your breath and its powerful qualities that can help you live an amazing life.
  • Learn how to unconditionally love yourself, both when things are amazing and when life is challenging as heck.
  • Help your body feel better whenever and wherever you need it by paying attention to your breath.
  • Create that important habit of paying attention to your breath at least twice a day for five minutes to help both your mind and body connect.
